With all the hype on Instagram, I worried these would be poorly made and more for show. But they are super practical and amazing quality. I’m doing the Shreddy workout guide and as I couldn’t get hold of B_ND resistant bands I found these to be an amazing alternative. Will definitely buy from again in future regardless!
